Second, I prepare my clients with the knowledge they need to maximize their home buying and selling experience. My clients are empowered with the information/knowledge they need in order to make an educated, intelligent decision. This preparation eliminates much of the stress involved in a real estate transaction.
Third, I am a champion negotiator getting the best price the market can bear for a home sale or purchase. I will battle for my clients, making sure their priorities are my top priority.

I earned my first real estate license in 1971 in Indianapolis. I have seen market flucuations numerous times so from that perspective there are few surprises. I love what I do and I love helping people achieve their goals.

Designations: 
I am an Associate Broker, have obtained the much sought after designation of Accredited Buyer Representative and the coveted E-Pro designation which is given by the National Association of Realtors. The E-Pro designation is given after many class hours along with independent studies regarding the internet, domains and other technology. To this end, I stay current on the rapid advances of technology and use them every day to communicate more effectively with my clients in the manner they choose as the most convenient for them. I have now obtained the designation of Certified Negotiation Expert which I feel is the one designation that really is meaningful to my clients. I can give them an edge when we are at the table. Negotiations are the backbone of any real estate transaction and with this designation I have mastered the skills needed to make my transactions successful.
Some Personal Info:
I got married in 2003 to a wonderful man - an engineer (they DO think differently). John designs parts for locomotives and larger engines. We both have 1 son from previous marriages - mine is an Event Planner (weddings, corporate parties, etc.) and John's works at an international delivery company. John and I love to travel, wait on our cat Rusty, read, dance, play bridge, pinochle or any games, hike, bike, construction work, canoeing, white water rafting - - but most of all we love being around people!
